By accessing and obtaining content from OffMarket Radar, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Description of Service

OffMarket Radar provides a search tool for identifying UK companies in distress using public data from Companies House. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: The information provided by OffMarket Radar does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You should conduct your own due diligence before making any business decisions based on data found on this platform.

4. Data Accuracy

We source our data directly from the Companies House Public Data API. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the real-time correctness or completeness of the public record. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the source data.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

  • Billing: Premium features are billed on a monthly rolling basis via Stripe.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OffMarket Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
